Standard Cleaning
Regular upkeep for a tidy, fresh home.
What's included
- Dust all accessible surfaces (shelves, dressers, side tables, decor)
- Wipe down kitchen counters, tables and dining surfaces
- Clean the exterior of all kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher)
- Wipe stovetop and clean visible cooking residue
- Clean and sanitize bathroom toilets — bowl, seat, lid, base
- Scrub bathroom sinks, tubs and showers (surface clean)
- Polish bathroom mirrors streak-free
- Empty all trash bins and replace liners (if provided)
- Vacuum all carpets, rugs and hard floors
- Mop all hard floors using a microfiber flat mop (we do not hand-mop floors)
- Tidy living areas and fluff cushions
- Spot-clean fingerprints from light switches, door handles and frames
- Beds: made or sheets changed only at customer request, and only if clean sheets are laid out for us
Deep Cleaning
Top-to-bottom detailed cleaning, including fridge & stove interior.
What's included
- Hand-wipe all accessible surfaces top-to-bottom (shelves, decor, picture frames)
- Detailed baseboard, door frame and door cleaning
- Dust and wipe light fixtures, ceiling fans and lampshades
- Dust and wipe vents, registers and air returns
- Wipe down window sills, tracks and interior glass
- Sanitize all high-touch points (switches, handles, remotes, thermostats)
- Kitchen: counters and backsplash fully scrubbed and degreased
- Kitchen: inside of fridge cleaned and wiped
- Kitchen: inside of oven and stove cleaned
- Kitchen: stovetop, burners, grates and surrounds degreased
- Kitchen: exterior of microwave, dishwasher and small appliances detailed
- Kitchen: range hood and filter wiped where accessible
- Kitchen: cabinet exteriors hand-wiped
- A light wash of dishes is included — up to 5 plates and 5 cups only. Anything beyond that, please contact us in advance.
- Bathrooms: toilets fully sanitized inside, outside, base and behind
- Bathrooms: tubs, showers, glass and tile grout deep-scrubbed and descaled
- Bathrooms: faucets, fixtures and shower heads descaled and polished

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Complete cleaning for moving day. Includes appliance and cabinet interiors.

- Inside ALL closets and storage spaces — wiped clean
- Inside fridge, freezer, oven, stove and microwave
- Stovetop, burners, grates, drip pans and range hood degreased
- Exterior of all appliances detailed and polished
- Cabinet and drawer exteriors hand-wiped
- Countertops, backsplashes and sinks scrubbed and descaled
- Bathrooms: toilets fully sanitized inside, outside, base and behind

Post-Renovation Cleaning
Dust, debris and construction residue removal after a renovation.

- Construction dust removed from all surfaces, top-to-bottom
- Walls, baseboards, doors and trim wiped down
- Paint splatter and adhesive residue removed where possible
- Light fixtures, vents, registers and switches dusted and wiped
- Windows, sills and tracks cleaned inside
- Inside cabinets, drawers and closets wiped of construction dust
- Appliance exteriors detailed and polished
- Floors vacuumed, mopped with a microfiber flat mop and detailed (we do not hand-mop floors)
- Final HEPA-style dust pass on horizontal surfaces

What We Don't Clean
For your safety and ours, here's what falls outside our standard service. We'll be upfront about anything we spot on arrival.
Pest droppings & infestations
Rodent, cockroach, or bedbug droppings and active infestations require licensed pest-control remediation before we can clean.
Heavy items over 50 lbs
Our team does not lift or carry furniture, appliances, or boxes over 50 lbs for safety and insurance reasons.
Biohazards & bodily fluids
Blood, vomit, feces, urine, or other bodily fluids require specialized biohazard remediation services.
Mold remediation
Visible mold beyond minor surface mildew requires a certified mold-remediation contractor.
Hoarding situations
Severely cluttered homes that prevent safe access to surfaces are not within our scope.
Exterior windows & high ledges
We do not clean exterior windows or anything requiring a ladder taller than a 2-step stool.
Animal waste (litter, kennels)
Kitty litter changes, pet kennels, or pet-waste cleanup are outside the standard checklist.
Chandeliers & fragile antiques
Delicate light fixtures and high-value antiques are skipped unless arranged in advance with a waiver.
Construction debris removal
Heavy renovation debris (drywall, lumber) must be removed by the contractor before post-reno cleaning.
Unfinished basements
We do not clean unfinished basements. Finished basements are available as an optional add-on.
Excessive clutter
Light clutter removal is an optional add-on ($30/hour) and is not included in deep or standard cleaning. Excessively cluttered homes are not within our scope.
