1. Services

Anytime Cleaners provides residential cleaning services including Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, and Kitchen + Bathroom Cleaning to clients in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, the Greater Toronto Area, and select Calgary neighbourhoods (including Bridgeland, Kensington, Mount Royal, Mahogany, Beltline and Tuscany).

2. Bookings & Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the unit type and condition. Heavily soiled units, hoarding situations, or properties significantly larger than described may require an additional charge, communicated to you before any extra work begins.

3. Payments

Payment is accepted by Interac E-transfer (to anytimecleanersinc@gmail.com) and Credit Card only. We do not accept cash. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or lockouts may incur a $50 fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional cost.

6. Liability

We carry insurance and are bonded. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items not secured, or wear and tear. Please notify us in advance of fragile or valuable items requiring special handling.

7. Exclusions

Wall washing (beyond spot cleaning), biohazard cleanup, exterior windows, and pest infestations are not included. See our Services page for full inclusions.
